Great hotel, the idea of having standard studio was great. The staff was very friendly and made us feel comfortable. Perfect position was an added bonus. We liked the breakfast.

There was a quite small bed.

The place has a perfect location, right next to the city center, surrounded by 5, 6 cafes and various shops, and the standard studio I booked was ready upon check, in.

Absolutely great hotel located really close to several shops and 5-6 cafes and Munich til 12am and train station. Helpful staff throughout. Fairly quiet and incredibly comfortable room and nice bathroom with hairdryers, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets. Hypo-allergenic pillows, good bed. Marvellous location near public transport and quiet atmosphere. Nearby Estare - great place to chill out...

I had a comfortable stay in the standard studio room with a relaxing hot shower that had good water pressure, and the location was conveniently close to the tram station.

The rooms were fairly quiet and spacious, perfect for my needs. Having Wi-Fi and a kitchen in the room was just what I needed. - the location was exceptionally nice, at a moderate distance from the Walking Man Sculpture.

Everything was perfect, my next choice in Munich for sure. the room was quiet and big, with a dining area, a seating area, and an ironing set. - the bathroom had a walk-in shower. - the staff was helpful and great, they really cared about their guests.

The studio here has a hot shower with good pressure and a thermostat for a comfortable stay.

The rooms are really comfortable here and the location is convenient, just a short walk away from both the city center and public transportation.

This hotel was a great value for money. The prices were reasonable and I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail throughout my stay. The location was also very convenient for me as it was near my training course.

The apartment at Smartments Business Munchen Parkstadt Schwabing was perfect for my two-week training course in Munich. It had ample storage space, a comfortable bed, and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The location was excellent, with nearby shopping facilities and the English Garden for leisure activities. I also appreciated the option to book washing machines through an app. I had a pleasant and convenient stay.

One minor drawback was that the doors in the apartment building slammed loudly, causing some noise disruptions. Additionally, the check-out procedure and lack of clear instructions for recycling and linen/towel changes could have been improved.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were modern and comfortable, with great soundproofing. I was impressed with the attention to detail, like the kitchen being well stocked and the presence of a mini fridge with a variety of drinks, including beer. The location was also convenient, with tram and bus stations nearby, as well as several shops and cafes within walking distance.

There was only one small issue during my stay, but it was quickly resolved by the hotel staff.
